To provide an on-vehicle charger, an on-vehicle charge system, and a charge control method capable of shortening charge time.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle charger comprises: a superposition unit to which first DC power is input through a DC power supply port provided in a vehicle; and a converter that converts AC power input through an AC power supply port provided in the vehicle to generate second DC power. The converter inputs the generated second DC power to the superposition unit. The superposition unit superposes the first DC power input through the DC power supply port and the second DC power generated by the converter to generate third DC power, and outputs the third DC power to a storage battery mounted on the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
