The invention provides a charge management system and method for an electric vehicle charger. The charge management system comprises a CGMS charger power grid micro dispatching system module, a CBMS charger battery management system module, a CVMS charger user dispatching management system module, a CNMS charger network management module system and a CCMS charger charge management system module; an intelligent safety redundant strategy and a fault recording strategy are introduced, and multiple BMS relevant parameters are set in the module, so that intelligent active prevention in the charging process of an electric vehicle is realized; by analyzing the BMS and power battery characteristic data and through cooperation with the CCMS system module, a multidimensional data analysis control strategy is adopted, flexible curve currents on the basis of optimization on a charging process of a battery are output and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
