To provide a vehicle operation evaluation system capable of performing operation evaluation in a service road.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation evaluation system 10 comprises an acceleration acquisition part 21a for acquiring acceleration of a vehicle when traveling along the service road that is connected to a main track; a road length acquisition part 21b for acquiring length of the service road; a range setting part 21c for setting a reference range of the acceleration that becomes a reference of operation evaluation of the vehicle, based on the length of the service road; and an operation evaluation part 21d for performing the operation evaluation of the vehicle in the service road by comparing the acceleration with the reference range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
