To improve insufficient lubrication of a bearing due to reduction of a scraping-up amount of a lubricant at a low speed, while reducing an amount of the lubricant stored in a case of an oil transmission device.SOLUTION: In a lubrication structure of a power transmission device, a lubricant stored at a lower portion of a housing space for housing a first gear 21 and a second gear 22 is scraped and supplied to a first gear side, and an oil path 90 is provided which includes a branch guide portion 93 for branching and guiding the lubricant to a first bearing disposed at the axial other side and supporting the first gear 21 and a second bearing supporting the second gear 22, from a downstream end of an oil receiving portion 92 extending from axial one side toward the axial other side of the first gear 21 and receiving the scattered lubricant by an upper surface. The oil receiving portion 92 includes a vertical wall portion 96 positioned at a rear side in a rotating direction of an engagement portion G of the second gear 22 with the first gear 21, extending in an axial direction, and capturing the lubricant scattered by rotation of the first and second gears 21, 22 by both side surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
