To provide a lubrication structure of a power transmission device capable of surely supplying a lubricant to a bearing floating up from an oil level even in a situation that stirring resistance is reduce by lowering a level of the lubricant.SOLUTION: A rotation member 11 extended in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle is supported by cases 82, 83 through two bearings 64, 65, 68 separated from each other in a longitudinal direction, and the rotation member 11 and the bearings 64, 65, 68 are lubricated by a lubricant stored in the cases 82, 83. A lubrication groove portion 99 inclined backward and downward at an angle to supply the lubricant to the bearing 68 at a rear part floating up from an oil level of the lubricant when the vehicle descends on a slope, is formed on an inner surface of the case 82. A projecting portion 99b for suppressing outflow of the lubricant from the lubrication groove 99, is formed on an inner side end portion of the case 82, of the lubrication groove portion 99. A separation recessed portion 99d for longitudinally separating a mold to form the lubrication groove portion 99, is formed continuously and integrally with the lubrication groove portion 99 at an upper side of the lubrication groove portion 99.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】潤滑油を低レベル化して撹拌抵抗を低減した状況であっても、油面より浮き上がる軸受けに対して潤滑油を確実に供給することができる動力伝達装置の潤滑構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両の前後方向に延びる回転部材11を前後に離間した2つの軸受64,65及び68を介してケース82,83に支持するように構成され、ケース82,83内に貯留された潤滑油により回転部材11及び軸受64,65及び68を潤滑するように構成されている。ケース82の内面に、車両の降坂時に潤滑油の油面より浮き上がる後方の軸受68に潤滑油を供給可能な角度で後方に下向きに傾斜する潤滑溝部99が形成されている。潤滑溝部99のケース82内方側端部に、潤滑油の当該潤滑溝99からの流出を抑制する凸部99bが形成されている。潤滑溝部99の上方側に、当該潤滑溝部99の形成用の型を前後方向に分離可能するための分離用凹部99dが潤滑溝部99と連続して一体に形成されている。【選択図】図6
