To solve the problem in which an unvulcanized rubber composition containing unvulcanized rubber is known to undergo a change in vulcanization time and physical properties of the vulcanized rubber due to a change in moisture content: for example, fluctuations in storage conditions of the unvulcanized rubber composition cause a change in moisture content, leading to a decrease in modulus or a variation in physical properties.SOLUTION: A vulcanizate is prepared by vulcanizing an unvulcanized rubber composition containing unvulcanized rubber and having a moisture content of 0.2 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】未加硫ゴムを含む未加硫ゴム組成物は、水分量が変化することにより加硫時間や加硫ゴムの物性が変化することが知られている。例えば、未加硫ゴム組成物の保管条件が変動した場合、水分量が変化し、モジュラスの低減や物性のばらつきが生じる。【解決手段】未加硫ゴムを含みかつ水分量が0.2質量%以上である未加硫ゴム組成物を加硫してなる加硫物によれば、上記課題が解決される。【選択図】なし
