PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizate excellent in hardness and mechanical strength and capable of exhibiting excellent operation stability and excellent rolling resistance performance due to high hardness thereof when used for a tire or the like, the tire using the vulcanizate in at least a part thereof and a manufacturing method of the vulcanizate providing the vulcanizate good in processability of a rubber composition before vulcanization and further excellent in hardness and mechanical strength.SOLUTION: There is provided a vulcanizate containing at least one kind of solid rubber (A) selected from a synthetic rubber and a natural rubber and a liquid polymer containing a monomer unit derived from at least one kind of conjugated diene having 14 carbon atoms and having melt viscosity at 38°C of 3,000 Pa s or less and having difference of solubility parameter Δδ between the solid rubber (A) and the liquid polymer (B) of 1.0(J/cm)or less and having an island shape phase separation structure derived from the liquid polymer (B) with diameter of 200 nm or more in the vulcanizate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】硬度および機械強度に優れ、タイヤ等に用いられた際に、その高硬度に起因する優れた操縦安定性および優れた転がり抵抗性能を発現できる加硫ゴム、および該加硫ゴムを少なくとも一部に用いたタイヤを提供する。また、加硫前のゴム組成物の加工性が良好であり、さらに硬度および機械強度に優れる加硫ゴムが得られる加硫ゴムの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】合成ゴムおよび天然ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種の固形ゴム(A)と、炭素数14以下の共役ジエンの少なくとも1種に由来する単量体単位を含み、38℃における溶融粘度が3,000Pa・s以下である液状重合体(B)とを含有し、かつ固形ゴム(A)と液状重合体(B)との溶解度パラメータの差Δδが1.0(J/cm3)1/2以下であるゴム組成物の加硫ゴムであり、加硫ゴム中に、直径200nm以上の前記液状重合体(B)に由来する島状相分離構造が存在する加硫ゴム。【選択図】なし
