To provide a battery pack cooling structure which effectively cools a battery module by using a cooling fluid and a cooling refrigerant.SOLUTION: A battery pack cooling structure 16 includes: a battery pack case 18 in which a battery module 17 is stored; a cooling fluid passage 20 which is disposed near the battery module 17 and in which a cooling fluid 19 for cooling the battery module 17 flows; a refrigerant passage 21 which is arranged to conduct heat exchange with the cooling fluid 19 flowing through the cooling fluid passage 20 and be exposed to an internal space of the battery pack case 18 and in which a refrigerant flows; and a water suction part 25 which is disposed contacting with the refrigerant passage 21 and may suction water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
