To provide a battery pack cooling structure capable of leading a cooling fluid to each part within a casing by effectively utilizing an installation member for installing a battery pack in a vehicle body so as to attain simplification or compaction of the battery pack.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a battery pack cooling structure 21 comprising: a casing 13; a battery pack 11 including an installation member 17 extending from one side of the casing to the other side; and a fluid lead-in system 25 for leading a cooling fluid to each part within the casing. One end side of the installation member is constituted of an opening-side cylindrical member and the other side is constituted of a bottom-side cylindrical member. An intermediate cylindrical portion 17c is settled within the casing, and both the ends are installed in a vehicle body at one end side and another end side of the casing. A lead-in part 27 is included in the opening-side end of the installation member, and a lead-out part 29 for leading out the cooling fluid to the inside of the casing is included in the intermediate cylindrical portion.     【課題】本発明は、バッテリパックの簡素化やコンパクト化を図るべく、バッテリパックを車体に据え付ける据付部材を活用して、冷却流体がケーシング内の各部へ導けるバッテリパックの冷却構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、ケーシング13と、ケーシングの一方から他方まで延在する据付部材17を有するバッテリパック11と、冷却流体をケーシング内の各部へ導入する流体導入系25を備えたバッテリパック冷却構造21で、据付部材は、一端側が開口側、他端側が底側の筒形部材で構成され、中間の筒形部分17cがケーシング内に収まり、両端部がケーシングの一方の端側と他方の端側とにおいて車体に据え付け可能とされ、据付部材の開口側の端部に、導入部27を有し、中間の筒形部分に冷却流体をケーシング内へ導出させる導出部29を有し、据付部材をケーシング内へ冷却流体を導く流路31とした。【選択図】図2
