To provide an operation support device of a lifting magnet device, a lifting magnet device, a program, and an operation learning method capable of reducing complexity of operation for lifting a plurality of suspended objects at once.SOLUTION: Operation support devices (70, 15) of a lifting magnet device (1) having electromagnets (11), include a storage unit (73) storing learning data showing a relationship between feature amounts of a plurality of suspended objects attracted by the electromagnets (11) at once and driving parameters of the electromagnets (11), and an operation support processing unit (70) determining the driving parameters of the electromagnets (11) based on the feature amounts and learning data of the plurality of suspended objects to be lifted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
