PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting magnet device with a function to detect an abnormal state that an electric current constantly flows in a regenerative resistor.SOLUTION: A lifting magnet device includes a lifting magnet, a magnet control part, and display/perception part. The magnet control part includes a control device, a regenerative resistor that consumes regenerative power from the magnet, and state detection means for detecting the state of the regenerative resistor. The control device sends a command to cause the display/perception part to perceive an abnormal state when a regenerative resistance circuit is in an abnormal state in which a voltage is constantly applied to the regenerative resistance circuit according to a signal from the state detection means. When a circuit component that switches on and off an electric current to the regenerative resistor breaks down, and the electric current constantly flows in the regenerative resistor, the abnormal state can be perceived by an operator, thereby preventing a damage to the circuit component by heat generation of the regenerative resistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】回生抵抗に常時電流が流れる異常事態を検出することができる機能が備えられているリフティングマグネット装置を提供する。【解決手段】リフティングマグネット装置には、リフティングマグネットと、マグネット制御部と、表示・覚知部と、が備えられており、マグネット制御部には、制御装置と、マグネットからの回生電力を消費する回生抵抗と、該回生抵抗の状態を検出する状態検出手段と、が備えられており、制御装置は、状態検出手段からの信号により、回生抵抗回路に常時電圧が付加されている異常状態にある場合に、表示・覚知部に異常状態を覚知させる指令を送る。回生抵抗への電流の入り切りを行う回路部品が壊れ、回生抵抗へ電流が常時流れるようになったときに、操作者に異常を覚知させることができる。これにより、回生抵抗の発熱による回路部品の破損を防止できる。【選択図】図1
