To improve appearance.SOLUTION: In a tire valve 10, a cylindrical resin sleeve 40 is mounted between a cylindrical elastic member 30 and a valve cap 25 in a valve stem 11. The resin sleeve 40 is adjacent to both the cylindrical elastic member 30 and the valve cap 25, and covers substantially the whole between the cylindrical elastic member 30 and the valve cap 25 in the valve stem 11. At a position close to a tip of the resin sleeve 40, a groove-like engagement part 42 capable of being engaged with a tool 100 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
