To realize far safer autonomous traveling of an autonomous traveling movable body.SOLUTION: A traveling control device that controls traveling of an autonomous traveling movable body includes a risk candidate proposing unit, a confirmation processing unit, and a traveling execution unit. The risk candidate proposing unit proposes a risk candidate assumed in traveling of the autonomous traveling movable body. The confirmation processing unit confirms whether the proposed risk candidate exists or not. The traveling execution unit causes an autonomous traveling movable body to travel a route passing through at least one of an area in which a risk candidate is proposed and the absence of the risk candidate is confirmed and an area in which a risk candidate is not proposed and not passing through an area in which a risk candidate is proposed and the absence of the risk candidate is not confirmed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
