To solve such a problem that allocation is performed to a minimum number of cars when the number of users in one group greater than a capacity of one car is registered, resulting in a long waiting time.SOLUTION: A group management control device 3 comprises: a determination unit 34a that selects a boarding car from a plurality of cars 50 based on an estimated travel time, and determines whether or not the number of registered users registered in a call registration device 10 by a user is greater than a remaining allowable number of users, which is the number of users obtained by subtracting the number of allocated users, which is the number of users already allocated to the boarding car, from a capacity of the boarding car or the allowable number of users set based on the capacity; and a boarding car allocation unit 34b that selects an additional allocation car based on the estimated travel time from among the cars 50 with the remaining allowable number of users greater than or equal to the surplus number of users, which is the number of users obtained by subtracting the remaining allowable number of users for the boarding car from the number of registered users if the determination unit 34a determines that the number of registered users is greater than the remaining allowable number of users for the boarding car, and allocates the boarding car and the additional allocation car to user calls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】一つの号機のかごに乗車しきれないグループ人数が登録されると、なるべく少ない台数になる割り当てを行っており、待ち時間が長くなっていた。【解決手段】群管理制御装置3は、予測旅行時間に基づき複数の号機50から乗車号機を選択し、乗車号機の定員人数、又は、定員人数に基づき設定される許容人数から乗車号機に割り当て済みの人数である割当済み人数を減じた人数である残り許容人数よりも利用者が呼び登録装置10に登録した登録人数が多いか否かを判定する判定部34aと、判定部34aが乗車号機の残り許容人数よりも登録人数の方が多いと判定した場合、登録人数から乗車号機の残り許容人数を減じた人数である余剰人数以上の残り許容人数である号機50の中から、予測旅行時間に基づき追加配車号機を選択し、乗車号機と追加配車号機を利用者の呼びに割り当てる乗車号機割当部34bと、を備える。【選択図】図3
