To inhibit adhesion force between a resin base material and a transparent resin layer from being deteriorated by ingress of a solvent.SOLUTION: An emblem 15 serving as a vehicular decorative component includes: a resin base material 21; a transparent resin layer 33 which is formed on the front side of the resin base material 21 and adheres to a side part of a surface of the resin base material 21 on a side part of a rear surface of itself; and a transparent resin film 45 laminated on at least a surface 36 of the transparent resin layer 33. A side part 49 of the resin film 45 covers a border portion B between a side surface 38 of the transparent resin layer 33 and a side surface 32 of a frame part 31 in the resin base material 21 and covers a border portion C between the side surface 32 and a side surface 27 of a base material body part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
