The decorative layer 31 comprises: a metal film 33 formed to have an island structure with respect to a rear surface of the transparent member 21 in the transmitting direction; and a restraint coating 34 formed behind the metal film 33 in the same transmitting direction. The L-value of the restraint coating 34 in a Lab color system is set to 42 to 95, the b-value thereof is set to -48 to -2, and the light transmittance of the metal film 33 is set to 1% to 9%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
