To provide a knee bolster which makes it possible to perform relaxation of impact stably.SOLUTION: A knee bolster 10 comprises: an accommodation apparatus 11 which releases impact shock against a knee H by compression failure of a rigid polyurethane foam 40 by taking the knee H of an occupant J at collision of a vehicle 90 and accommodates the rigid polyurethane foam 40; a first vessel constitution part 20 which constitutes a part of the accommodation apparatus 11 and is fixed to the vehicle 90; a second vessel constitution part 30 which constitutes the other part of the accommodation apparatus 11 and opposes in a compression direction of the rigid polyurethane foam 40 by interposing the rigid polyurethane foam 40 with respect to the first vessel constitution part 20; and a movement regulation part which allows movement to the compression direction of the second vessel constitution part 30 and regulates movement to a direction intersecting with the compression direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
