To provide a train radio system that can obtain the target line quality in the entire range between base stations while suppressing the number of installed base stations.SOLUTION: A base station A (101) is connected to first LCX wiring extending toward an adjacent base station C (102), and outputs one of (A series) of two transmission signal series (A series and B series) orthogonal to each other, which is obtained by modulating an input signal transmitted to a mobile station by a DSTBC method to the first LCX wiring. Similarly, the base station C (102) is connected to second LCX wiring extending toward the adjacent base station A (101), and outputs the other (B series) of the two transmission signal series to the LCX wiring.
