To provide a vehicle vibration-damping control apparatus which can reliably reduce the component of suspension force corresponding to a value related to the vertical direction of a wheel at a predicted passing position even when actual suspension force becomes larger than theoretical suspension force.SOLUTION: A vehicle vibration-damping control apparatus includes: a control force generation device which generates control force in a vertical direction between at least one wheel suspended from a vehicle body by a suspension and the vehicle body; and a control unit which controls the control force generation device to change the control force. The control unit calculates an amplitude index value indicating the amplitude of road surface displacement related values in a predetermined sampling section including a predicted passing position where the wheel is predicted to pass at a point of time when a predetermined time elapses from a present time, determines a control gain so that target control force becomes larger as the amplitude indicated by the amplitude index value becomes smaller, and calculates the target control force on the basis of the road surface displacement related values at the predicted passing position and the control gain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
