The power train is provided with one control line (indicated by a broken line) that increases torque at an engine speed Neo, and the other control line 1c. The input shaft of the continuously variable transmission is provided with control means that sets load power P1 to the engine. The control at the time when the operation of the engine shifts to the other control line via the one control line is performed so that the relation between an engine output Pe on the other control line, the power P1 set on the input shaft, and a predetermined power value dPe satisfies the following equation: P1=Pe-dPe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
