To provide a technique capable of reducing possibility of extra energy being consumed in a control force generator when performing preview damping control.SOLUTION: A damping control device for a vehicle calculates a combined control force (Fcta) by adding a control force (Fct_f) applied when front wheels pass a predicted passage position and a control force (Fct_r) applied when rear wheels pass the predicted passage position, and calculates a final control force for the front wheels (Fct_f') and the final control force for the rear wheels (Fct_r') by allocating the combined control force at a predetermined distribution ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】プレビュー制振制御を実行する際に、制御力発生装置において余分なエネルギーが消費される可能性を低減することができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】車両の制振制御装置は、前輪が通過予測位置を通過する際の制御力(Fct_f)と後輪が通過予測位置を通過する際の制御力(Fct_r)とを足し合わせて合成制御力(Fcta)を演算し、合成制御力を所定の配分比で配分することにより最終的な前輪用の制御力(Fct_f’)及び最終的な後輪用の制御力(Fct_r’)を演算する。【選択図】図8
