A first through-hole and a second through-hole are formed in both ends, respectively, of the first frame plate, a third through-hole and a fourth through-hole are formed below the first through-hole and the second through-hole respectively, and pivot shafts are respectively arranged in the first through-hole to the fourth through-hole. The suspension device further includes: a first arm to a fourth arm, one ends of which are respectively rotatably connected to the pivot shafts arranged in the first through-hole to the fourth through-hole and the other ends of which are connected to the second frame plate; a fifth arm to an eighth arms, one ends of which are respectively rotatably connected to the pivot shafts arranged in the first through-hole to the fourth through-hole and the other ends of which are connected to the third frame; a first connection portion that connects the first arm and the second arm; and a second connection portion that connects the fifth arm and the sixth arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
