To grasp abnormality in a signage device including damage or the like to an LCD.SOLUTION: An abnormality determining device according to an embodiment is mounted on a signage device that is provided so as to be installable outdoors and has a liquid crystal screen, and includes a main control part, a surveillance part, and a determination part. The main control part has a communication part for communicating with a server device for managing the signage device and performs display control of content to be displayed on the liquid crystal screen. The surveillance part is provided within a casing of the signage device and surveils a working situation of the signage device. The determination part determines presence or absence of abnormality regarding the liquid crystal screen on the basis of a surveillance result by the surveillance part, and transmits notification for showing that the communication part is abnormal to the server device when it is determined that the communication part is abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】LCDの破損等を含むサイネージ装置の異常を把握すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る異常判定装置は、屋外設置可能に設けられて液晶画面を有するサイネージ装置に搭載される異常判定装置であって、主制御部と、監視部と、判定部とを備える。主制御部は、サイネージ装置を管理するサーバ装置との通信を行う通信部を有するとともに、液晶画面へ表示するコンテンツの表示制御を行う。監視部は、サイネージ装置の筐体内に設けられ、サイネージ装置の稼働状況を監視する。判定部は、監視部による監視結果に基づいて液晶画面に関する異常の存否を判定し、異常ありと判定される場合に、通信部に当該異常ありを示す通知をサーバ装置へ向けて送信させる。【選択図】図6
