To provide a method capable of accurately and easily predicting a tightening force of a bead part from design parameters, a tire manufacturing method using the method, and a tire.SOLUTION: A bead tightening force prediction method includes a process of predicting a tightening force BF of a bead part 4 when a tire 1 having a bead core 5 on the bead part 4 is mounted on a rim R of a wheel. In the prediction process, the bead tightening force BF is predicted using an inner diameter IDw of the bead core, a rim diameter ODR, and a thickness Ct inside the bead core 5 in a radial direction of the tire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
