To accurately estimate cornering power with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A tire state quantity estimation device (1) acquires generated force of a tire and a friction coefficient between the tire and a road surface (11), estimates a tire contact length in an uncontrolled drive state in which generated force generated in a front-rear direction of the tire, of the generated force of the tire, is a predetermined threshold value or less on the basis of the generated force of the tire and a grip margin of the tire derived based on the acquired generated force of the tire and the acquired friction coefficient (10), and estimates cornering power of the tire on the basis of the estimated tire contact length and the acquired generated force of the tire (23).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
