To provide a technique for reducing throughput to be required for calculating an overlapping area of a plurality of sensors.SOLUTION: A server 5 performs: acquiring sensor information from each one of a plurality of sensors in S110; mapping the positions of the sensors indicated by the sensor information on an area map being map data including an object area in S120; setting a plurality of evaluation points in the object area in S130; identifying the sensors including evaluation points of interest within a detection range with the use of the sensor information concerning each one of the set evaluation points, and generating association information where the identified sensors are associated with the evaluation points of interest in S140-S180; and setting an overlapping area where detection areas of the sensors are overlapped with the use of the association information generated in an association imparting section in S200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
