To provide a charging facility guide device, a charging facility guide method and a program, capable of performing guiding of a charging facility which exists in a halfway of a reciprocation path or in the vicinity thereof, when an electric vehicle periodically repeats reciprocation, on the electric vehicle, at a proper residual charge amount.SOLUTION: A charging facility guide device 10 comprises: a communication unit 110 for communicating with an on-vehicle communication unit and a charging facility C; and a calculating unit 130 for calculating a path for charging to the vehicle, including the charging facility C where charging to the electric vehicle 200 is performed, between a prescribed departure and a prescribed destination, on the basis of vehicle reporting information which is stored in a storage unit 160, and which includes information being received by the communication unit 110 and indicating identification information of the electric vehicle 200, position information of the electric vehicle 200, and a charge state of the electric vehicle 200, and reciprocation path information between the prescribed departure and the prescribed destination where the vehicle 200 comprising the on-vehicle communication unit, reciprocates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
