PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging facility management device which attains benefit increase of an installation contractor, in a charging facility including a storage battery.SOLUTION: A charging facility management device 1 comprises a utilization promotion information calculation part 14 for calculating utilization promotion information to be applied to a user based on a difference between a charging completion time that is set based on a predetermined utilization completion time in which a charged device utilizes a charging facility, and an actual utilization completion time of the charging facility. A charging control part 13 controls the charging facility in such a manner that charging is performed in a charging pattern that a charge fee per unit time is a first charge fee during a first predetermined period from a utilization start time of the charging facility to the predetermined utilization completion time, and controls the charging facility in such a manner that charging is performed in a charging pattern that a charge fee per unit time is a second charge fee lower than the first charge fee during a period from the lapse of the first predetermined period to the predetermined utilization completion time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】蓄電池を有する充電設備において、設置業者の利益増大を図る充電設備管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】充電設備管理装置1は、被充電装置が充電設備を利用する利用完了予定時刻に基づいて設定された充電完了時刻と、実際の充電設備の利用完了時刻との差に基づいて、利用者に付与する利用促進情報を算出する利用促進情報算出部14を備える。充電制御部13は、充電設備の利用開始時刻から利用完了予定時刻までの期間の間の最初の所定期間において単位時間当たりの充電料金が第一の充電料金である充電パターンにより充電するよう充電設備を制御し、最初の所定期間の経過後から利用完了予定時刻までの期間の間は単位時間あたりの充電料金が第一の充電料金より低い第二の充電料金である充電パターンにより充電するよう充電設備を制御する。【選択図】図3
