To provide a fitting structure of a vehicle differential gear capable of improving the fitting rigidity of the differential gear.SOLUTION: A fitting structure 100 comprises: a fitting part 112 installed in a cross member 110 to which a vehicle differential gear 102 is attached; a front member 116 extending from the cross member 110 to a vehicle front direction; and a rear member 118 extending from the cross member 110 to a vehicle rear direction. The fitting part 112 includes: a front bracket 122 which is arranged along a front wall 110b of the cross member 110 between the front wall 110b and a rear end 116a of the front member 116 and protrudes downward with respect to the cross member 110; and a rear bracket 124 which is arranged along a rear wall 110c of the cross member 110 between the rear wall 110c and a front end 118a of the rear member 118 and protrudes downward with respect to the cross member 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
