To provide a cooling system for a fuel cell vehicle which can suppress corrosion of a cooling unit that cools supercharged intake air.SOLUTION: A cooling system 50 is installed in a fuel cell vehicle 10 having a supercharger 14 to cool the supercharged intake air supercharged by the supercharger 14. The cooling system 50 includes a first cooling circuit 30 in which first cooling water for cooling a fuel cell stack 11 circulates, a second cooling circuit 40 in which second cooling water different from the first cooling water circulates, a first cooling unit 81 that is provided in the first cooling circuit 30 and cools the supercharged intake air by exchanging heat between the first cooling water and the supercharged intake air, and a second cooling unit 82 provided in the second cooling circuit and cooling the supercharged intake air by exchanging heat between the second cooling water and the supercharged intake air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
