PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system of a fuel cell vehicle which actively maintains heat generated in a fuel cell stack constant.SOLUTION: A cooling system of a fuel cell vehicle includes: a stack 10 in which a plurality of fuel cells are laminated; a manifold 20 in which the stack is disposed, and inside of which cooling water flows to exchange heat with the stack; a flow control valve 40 which is installed in the manifold, and is opened and closed to exchange heat of cooling water with the stack according to a temperature of the stack; and a cooling water flow channel 30 which guides the cooling water to the inside of the manifold, and is dually arranged to exchange heat with the stack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
