To enable a computer to compute a temperature of a tire in a rolling state having a tread pattern in a short time, using a tire model.SOLUTION: A computer comprises rolling-deformations and amounts of heat generation at each position of a three-dimensional tire model, by reproducing a rolling state in which a tire rolls on a road surface by simulation, using the three-dimensional tire model having a groove of a tread pattern and a road surface model. Further, the computer applies results of material constant for thermal analysis and a result of a boundary condition for thermal analysis adjusted based on a computed result of the rolling-deformations to a portion corresponding to the tread pattern of a two-dimensional tire model having the groove of the tread pattern buried therein, in order to perform thermal analysis of the tire; and further sets for each position a value of an amount of heat generation to be applied to each position of the portion corresponding to the tread pattern of the two-dimensional tire model, on the basis of the computed result of the rolling- deformations, from a value of the amount of heat generation at each position on a tire circumference of the three-dimensional tire model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】コンピュータがトレッドパターンを有する転動状態のタイヤの温度を短時間に効率よくタイヤモデルを用いて計算する。【解決手段】コンピュータは、トレッドパターンの溝を有する3次元タイヤモデルと路面モデルを用いて、タイヤの路面上を転動する転動状態をシミュレーションにより再現することにより、前記3次元タイヤモデルの各位置における転動変形及び発熱量を計算する。さらに、コンピュータは、前記タイヤの熱解析を行うために、トレッドパターンの前記溝を埋めた2次元タイヤモデルの前記トレッドパターンに対応する部分に、熱解析用材料定数及び熱解析用境界条件を前記転動変形の結果に基づいて調整した結果を付与し、さらに、前記3次元タイヤモデルのタイヤ周上の各位置における前記発熱量の値から前記転動変形の結果に基づいて、前記2次元タイヤモデルの前記トレッドパターンに対応する部分の各位置に付与する発熱量の値を位置毎に1つ設定する。【選択図】図5
