To exclude influence of a magnetic field from a spacecraft and then accurately measure a magnetic field around the spacecraft.SOLUTION: A magnetic field measurement system of a spacecraft comprises a plurality of magnetic sensors which are installed at different positions of a spacecraft, and output three-axial measurement signals, and a computation part which removes noise that the spacecraft generates from three-axial observation data output by the magnetic sensors and computes intensity of a magnetic field around the spacecraft. The computation part computes a moving average of the observation data to generate trend data, and removes the trend data from the observation data to generate trend-removal data. Further, independent component analysis of the trend-removal data is executed to separate the trend-removal data into a natural signal originating from a signal of a natural field and a noise signal originating from a component of the spacecraft. The noise signal is subtracted from the trend-removal data to generate noise-removed, trend-removal data, and then the trend data is added to the noise-removed, trend removal-data to generate noise-removed data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
