To provide a motor torque control device of a hybrid vehicle which can suppress such a situation that vehicle behaviors to a drive operation of a driver are significantly different from each other due to the difference in control mode.SOLUTION: In a motor torque control device of a hybrid vehicle, an engine 2 and a motor generator 3 are connected to each other via an automatic clutch 7, and the motor generator 3 and a manual transmission 4 are connected to each other via a manual clutch 8. The motor torque control device comprises an ECU 10 which switches between an EV mode and an HEV mode on the basis of driver request torque calculated on the basis of at least the accelerator opening. The ECU 10 corrects torque of the motor generator 3 such that the change rate of the rotational speed of the motor generator 3 is substantially the same in the EV mode and in the HEV mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
