To provide a facility monitoring system that can be easily introduced and modified such that a manager can deal with maintenance appropriately.SOLUTION: A facility monitoring system includes a slave station 2 acquiring state information of facilities 1 arranged on a railway route, a central monitoring terminal 42 for monitoring and controlling the plurality of facilities 1, and a slave station 2R integrating the state information to generate integration information. The integration information is added with positional information and classification information of each facility 1 acquiring the state information. The central monitoring terminal 42 records manager identification information and identification data 70 having the positional information and the classification information of the facility 1 associated with each manager identification information. When the central monitoring terminal detects abnormality of the facility 1 based on the received integration information, the central monitoring terminal performs notification control to the manager who is associated with the positional information and the classification information of the facility 1 where the abnormality occurs based on the identification data 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
