The first manipulation device 20 has: a first operation part; and a first manipulation signal output part that outputs a first manipulation signal to the second manipulation device based on operation of the first operation part. The second manipulation device 30 has: a second operation part; a second manipulation signal input part to which the first manipulation signal output from the first manipulation signal output part is inputted; and a second manipulation signal output part that transmits a second manipulation signal based on the operation of the second operation part, and transmits the first manipulation signal when the first manipulation signal is inputted to the second manipulation signal input part while the second operation part is not operated.
