To improve the facilitation of locking a conveyance object by enabling miniaturization of a locking device and the locking of the locking device with the conveyance object without depending on the skill of an operator as much as possible.SOLUTION: A locking device 1 includes a hook 5 that is mounted on a conveyance mechanism 2 to convey a conveyance object 4, and a hook receiving part 8 connected to the conveyance object such that the hook can be locked at a plurality of positions. The hook receiving part includes a net 10 having a plurality of hook receiving holes and a holding member for holding the net so as to suspend the conveyance object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
