The invention discloses a double-hook locking device, and relates to the field of airplane cabin door lock mechanism design. The device mainly comprises two symmetrical lock hooks arranged above the split cabin door, and a lock hook tension spring of a lock hook stop rod, wherein the lock hook tension spring is parallel to the inner sides of two lock hook supports and is used for fixing the supports to lock the lock hook stop rod. A double-fork support arm connecting rod mechanism connected with the lock hook is arranged on a hinge seat which corresponds to the lock hook tension spring and is parallel inwards, a locking rocker arm tension spring which is linked with the lock hook, fixed on a lock spring seat and guided by a rigid body is arranged on a connecting rod of a locking rocker arm connected on a rotating pair of the connecting rod mechanism, and the locking rocker arm tension spring is connected with the lock hook through a tension spring rocker arm connecting rod on the double-fork support arm. And a piston rod actuating surface arranged in the actuating cylinder 5 is connected to form a double-hook locking device which is linked with the unlocking/locking state of the lock hook. Quick unlocking is achieved through pneumatic/hydraulic pressure, the opposite-opening cabin door lock mechanism is correspondingly locked, safety and reliability are high, aircraft control logic can be simplified, and asynchronous triggering locking and unlocking can be achieved. And the reliability, the safety and the maintainability of the locking device are improved.

    本发明公开的一种双钩锁定装置,涉及飞机舱门锁机构设计领域。主要包括:设置在对开式舱门上方的两个对称锁钩、两个锁钩支座平行的内侧固定支座相连锁钩止动杆的锁钩拉簧。在对应锁钩拉簧向内平行的铰链座上,设有连接所述锁钩的双叉支臂连杆机构,在该连杆机构转动副上连接的止动摇臂的连杆上,设有联动锁钩且固定在锁簧座上,由刚体导引的止动摇臂拉簧,通过双叉支臂上的拉簧摇臂连杆,相连作动筒5内置的活塞杆作动面,形成联动锁钩开/上锁状态的双钩锁定装置。本发明利用气/液压实现快速解锁,对开舱门锁机构对应锁闭安全可靠性高,可简化飞机控制逻辑,可实现非同步触发上锁、解锁。提高了锁定装置的可靠性、安全性及维修性。
