To realize a configuration of a hub unit bearing which can sufficiently secure sealing performance by an outside sealing member even if polishing processing is applied to a lip slide contact face of a hub by using a rotary brush.SOLUTION: As an outside sealing member, there is employed a member having an outside lip 21a and an inside lip 22a, and an external peripheral face of a hub comprises a first slide contact face 25a in which a circular arc-shaped first polishing mark 40 for making the outside lip 21 slide-contact therewith is formed, and a second slide contact face 26a in which a circular arc-shaped second polishing mark 41 for making the inside lip 22a slide-contact therewith is formed. A width h40 of the first polishing mark 40 in a radial direction is equal to or narrower than a width H52 of a first slide contact part 52 in the radial direction being a slide contact range of the outside lip 21a with respect to the first slide contact face 25a, and a width h41 of the second polishing mark 41 in an axial direction is equal to or narrower than a width H53 of a second slide contact part 53 in the axial direction being a slide contact range of the inside lip 22a with respect to the second slide contact face 26a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
