To safely perform vehicle-to-vehicle charging.SOLUTION: In a vehicle-to-vehicle charging system, battery monitoring devices 500a and 500b respectively perform diagnosis of insulation quality when relays 611a and 612a, and relays 611b and 612b are in a cut-off state. An inter-vehicle communication device 617a transmits a diagnostic result of the insulation quality obtained by the battery monitoring device 500a to a wireless power supply system 1b through vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The wireless power supply system 1b switches the relays 611b and 612b from a cut-off state to a connection state when all diagnostic results of the insulation quality obtained by the battery monitoring devices 500a and 500b are normal. And when the relays 611a and 612a are in the cut-off state and the relays 611b and 612b are in the connection state, a high voltage battery 300b is charged via booster cables 701 and 702 using power received by a power reception device 200a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車車間充電を安全に行う。【解決手段】車車間充電システムにおいて、電池監視装置500aおよび500bは、リレー611a、612aおよびリレー611b、612bがそれぞれ遮断状態であるときに、絶縁性の診断をそれぞれ行う。車車間通信装置617aは、車車間通信により、電池監視装置500aによる絶縁性の診断結果を無線給電システム1bへ送信する。無線給電システム1bは、電池監視装置500aおよび500bによる絶縁性の診断結果がいずれも正常であるときに、リレー611b、612bを遮断状態から接続状態に切り替える。そして、リレー611a、612aが遮断状態であり、かつリレー611b、612bが接続状態であるときに、ブースターケーブル701、702を介して、受電装置200aにより受電された電力を用いて高圧電池300bを充電する。【選択図】図1
