To provide a technique for suitably measuring lock deviation from a pictured image of a fitting position of a notch of a lock rod of a switch machine and a lock piece.SOLUTION: A lock deviation measuring system 1 includes: an imaging device 3 for imaging from an inspection hole to inspect a fitting position of a notch provided in a lock rod of a switch machine 7 and a lock piece; and a lock deviation measuring device 5. The lock deviation measuring device 5 carries out distortion compensation process for compensating the distortion in an image for the pictured image which is pictured by the imaging device 3, generates a perspective projection image by carrying out perspective projection process with the direction along the moving direction of the lock piece as a projection direction for the image to which the distortion compensation has been applied, and calculates deviation of the lock piece to the notch based on the perspective projection image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】転てつ機の鎖錠かんの切り欠きとロックピースとの嵌合箇所の撮影画像から、ロック偏移を適切に測定できるようにする技術を提供すること。【解決手段】ロック偏移測定システム1は、転てつ機7の鎖錠かんに設けられた切り欠きとロックピースとの嵌合箇所を点検するための点検孔から撮影する撮影装置3と、ロック偏移測定装置5とを備える。ロック偏移測定装置5は、撮影装置3によって撮影された撮影画像に対して、画像の歪みを補正する歪み補正処理を行い、歪み補正処理が施された後の画像に対して、ロックピースの移動方向に沿った方向を投影方向とした透視投影処理を行って透視投影画像を生成し、透視投影画像に基づいて、切り欠きに対するロックピースの偏移を算出する。【選択図】図1
