PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock deviation detector which improves the workability of deviation adjustment of a lock rod in maintenance work on site and secures a consistency of the quality of the maintenance work, and a lock deviation detecting method.SOLUTION: A lock deviation detector 1 comprises a measurement part 3 that continuously measures the deviation of a lock rod with numeric values, a detection part 6 that detects a deviation generated by the position of a cut provided in the lock rod and the position of a lock piece, and a display part 9 that displays the deviation of the lock rod. A lock deviation detecting method comprises the steps of: setting an arbitrary threshold value related to a deviation amount as an initial value on shipment; confirming a deviation amount or a display indicating whether normal or abnormal; performing the position adjustment or deviation adjustment of the lock rod with a deviation amount continuously displayed in numeric values if necessary; and changing related to a deviation amount if necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】現場の保守作業において鎖錠かんの偏移調整の作業性を改善し、保守作業の品質の一貫性を確保するロック偏移検出器及びロック偏移検出方法を提供する。【解決手段】ロック偏移検出器1は、鎖錠かんの偏移を数値により連続的に計測する計測部3と、鎖錠かんに設けられた切り欠きの位置とロックピースの位置とにより発生する偏移を検出する検出部6と、鎖錠かんの偏移を表示する表示部9とを備え、ロック偏移検出方法は、出荷時に初期値として偏移量に関する任意な閾値を設定するステップと、偏移量又は正常か異常かを示す表示を確認するステップと、必要であれば、連続的に数値で表示される偏移量により鎖錠かんの位置調整又は片寄調整を現場にて行うステップと、必要であれば偏移量に関する変更を行うステップと、を備える。【選択図】図1
