To suppress deformation such that a hinge reinforcement is detached from an inner panel by input load to a stationery portion when closing a back door while suppressing amount of projection to each of an inner side and an outer side with respect to a passenger compartment around the inner panel of the back door and the stationery portion of the hinge reinforcement.SOLUTION: In a vehicle back door structure, a hinge reinforcement 3 which reinforces a fitting position of a hinge 50, which is fitted to an inner panel 20 and pivotally supports a back door 1 so as to be openable and closable with respect to a vehicle body, to the inner panel 20 comprises: a stationery portion 30 which is fixed to the hinge 50; a first coupling part 41 which couples to the inner panel 20 at a position separated from the stationery portion 30 in a vehicle width direction; a second coupling part 42 which couples to the inner panel 20 at a position separated from the stationery portion 30 in a direction orthogonal to the vehicle width direction; and a high rigidity part 43 which extends in substantially parallel to a virtual line L2, which connects the first coupling part 41 and the second coupling part 42 with a straight line, between the first coupling part and the second coupling part.
