To provide a back door structure which can secure surface rigidity of an outer panel of a lift gate in a wide range with a reinforcement plate.SOLUTION: A back door structure 1 of a vehicle includes a latch reinforcement 9 serving as a reinforcement plate which reinforces an attachment portion 7b to which a latch unit 6 is attached. The latch reinforcement 9 has: a body part 9a fixed to the attachment portion 7b at an inner panel 7; a pair of extension parts 9b extending form both side parts as seen in a vehicle width direction of the body part 9a; and first folded parts 9e in which the extension parts 9b are folded toward the outer panel 8.
