To facilitate the movement of a terminal to a place where a distance measurement is easily performed in a remote parking system in which a distance between the terminal and a vehicle is measured by communication between the terminal and an on-vehicle unit and the vehicle is remotely parked by the terminal when the terminal is positioned in a prescribed distance range from the vehicle.SOLUTION: A remote parking system includes: a terminal 3 which receives an operation input from a user; a plurality of reception units 21 which have reception surfaces 22S for receiving distance measuring signals from the terminal and can detect arrival directions of the distance measuring signals with respect to the reception surfaces; and a control device 1 which acquires a distance from the terminal to a vehicle on the basis of the arrival directions of the distance measuring signals detected by the reception units and a reference attitude of each reception unit and moves the vehicle toward a parking position on the basis of the operation input in the terminal when determining that a distance up to the vehicle is within a prescribed threshold.
