To provide a configuration for estimating information of an actual travelable speed on a road without existence of GPS track data or with less GPS track data.SOLUTION: A road travelable speed estimation device for estimating a travelable speed on a road to be an object comprises: a road feature information acquisition section for acquiring road feature information expressing features of a road to be an object; a similar road information extraction section for identifying at least one or more other roads whose features are similar to that of a road to be an object and where travelable speed is pre-set based on road feature information, and extracting similar road information including at least travelable speed information and position information concerning the identified other roads; and a travelable speed estimation section for estimating a travelable speed of a road to be an object by allowing weighting by which a travelable speed is multiplied to be larger as a distance to a road to be an object is shorter concerning at least the one or more other roads on which similar road information is extracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
