To provide a vehicular body structure in which a side collision load is effectively dispersed and transmitted in a vehicle width direction.SOLUTION: A cross member 6 includes: a cross member top face part 64 facing a floor panel 4; and a cross member front face part and a cross member rear face part 66 that extend from both ends in the front-rear direction of the cross member top face part 64 to the floor panel 4. A reinforcement member 60 is provided at a side sill side end of the cross member top face part 64 of the cross member 6, and a fragile part 67 extending in the vehicle front-rear direction is disposed at a position overlapping the side sill side end of the cross member 6 and the reinforcement member 60. The fragile part 67 is selected from any of a notch, a bead, and a hole. The reinforcement member 60 is a seat fitting bracket, and the fragile part 67 is positioned outside a seat fitting surface of the seat fitting bracket 60 in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
