To provide a vehicular body structure in which a side collision load can be effectively dispersed and transmitted in a vehicle width direction in a vehicle having a step-lowering floor.SOLUTION: A second floor panel 42 between a floor upper frame 50 and a side sill 2 is formed at a position below a first floor panel 41 between the floor upper frame 50 and a floor tunnel 3. A cross member top face part 64 of a cross member 6 is provided with a high strength part 72 for which strength is set higher than that of a cross member front face lower part and a cross member rear face lower part 66A. The high strength part 72 is an overlapped section of an inside end in the vehicle width direction of a first member 61 on a sill side and an outside end in the vehicle width direction of a second member 62. A sill side seat fitting bracket 60, the first member 61, the second member 62, and a tunnel side seat fitting bracket 63 respectively are fixed to a tunnel side member so that side sill side members are located above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】段下げフロアを有する車両において側突荷重を車幅方向に有効に分散伝達することができる車両の車体構造を提供する。【解決手段】フロアアッパフレーム50とサイドシル2との間の第2フロアパネル42はフロアアッパフレーム50とフロアトンネル3との間の第1フロアパネル41より低い位置に形成されている。クロスメンバ6のクロスメンバ上面部64に、クロスメンバ前面下部及びクロスメンバ後面下部66Aよりも強度が高く設定された高強度部72が設けられている。高強度部72は、シル側の第1部材61の車幅方向内側端部と第2部材62の車幅方向外側端部とを重ね合わせた部分である。シル側シート取付ブラケット60、第1部材61、第2部材62、トンネル側シート取付ブラケット63は、それぞれサイドシル側の部材が上になるようにトンネル側の部材と固定されている。【選択図】図3
