To provide an outdoor heat exchanger for a heat pump type refrigeration cycle which can retard the lowering of heat exchange efficiency at heating.SOLUTION: An outdoor heat exchanger 4 comprises a plurality of flat refrigerant circulation pipes 39, and a first fin 42 and a second fin 43 which are arranged in one ventilation clearance 41 formed between the adjacent refrigerant circulation pipes 39. The first fin 42 and the second fin 43 are composed of wave top parts, wave bottom parts and connecting parts 42c, 43c for connecting the wave top parts and the wave bottom parts, and formed into corrugated shapes in which a plurality of louvers 45, 46 are arranged at the connecting parts 42c, 43c. The first fin 42 and the second fin 43 are arranged with an interval 40 in a ventilation direction so that the first fin 42 is located at a windward side, and the second fin 43 is located at a leeward side. A fan pitch of the first fin 42 at the windward side is wider than a fin pitch of the second fin 43 at the leeward side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
