To provide an exhaust heat duct capable of restraining damaging of a mesh.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat duct 10 composes an end side containing an exhaust heat port 10A among an exhaust passage 92 which guides hot air around a periphery of a heat source 91 within a vehicle 90 to the outside the vehicle 90. There is provided a mesh 20, which restricts a foreign matter from being entered to a heat source 91 side through the exhaust heat passage 92, on the exhaust heat duct 10. The exhaust heat duct 10 is integrally formed with the mesh 20 made of a resin.
